WHY THIS MATTERS

• You wait all day for the call… but they fell asleep first.
• You know you’re connected, but the moment they

walk in the door feels awkward.
• You fight about the same things every swing.
• Fly-out day feels heavier each time.
• And you go to bed wishing “today felt easier.”

That isn’t distance.
That is unresolved emotional load.
It’s when connection slowly drains without anyone noticing.

WHO IS THIS FOR

This workshop is designed only for couples living FIFO life.
That means time apart, compressed home time, transition pressure,

and emotional load are part of your reality.

This is not general relationship coaching.
This is FIFO-specific connection support.

Whether you are:
• Partner at home
• FIFO worker
• Recently together or long-term
• Wanting to strengthen connection before things get hard

You belong here.

What FIFO Couples Are Saying

“We didn’t realise how much we were slowly drifting until this workshop. The tools were simple but powerful. We actually feel like a team again.”

-Sarah
FIFO Partner

“I thought this would be just another relationship talk. It wasn’t. It was practical. Real. And we used one of the tools that night.”

-Josh
FIFO Worker

“The pre-swing tension we always had? It’s completely shifted. We communicate differently now.”

-Emily & Kaden
FIFO Couple

theories to think about.

This workshop is built from real conversations

with real FIFO couples.

COMMON CONCERNS ANSWERED

Do we both need to attend?

No. You can attend individually and still gain powerful insight and tools. However, attending together allows you to practice the frameworks in real time and create immediate momentum.

Is this therapy?

No. This is a structured, practical workshop focused on skills and strategies you can apply immediately. It is not group counselling or open sharing.

Do we need to be in crisis?

Not at all. Preventative support is often the most effective. Most couples attend because they don’t want to wait until it’s urgent.

Is this only for FIFO couples?

Yes. That is the point. The unique emotional pressure of FIFO life requires bespoke support.

Will this be recorded?

Unfortunately no. Live attendance is strongly encouraged to maximise impact and engagement.

This workshop is not a long weekend retreat.
It is focused, high-impact, immediate value for couples who want a different experience of FIFO life in 2026.

If you’ve been saying
“We need to work on us…”

This is your moment.

FIFO life will keep moving.
The roster won’t slow down.

But you can choose to lead your relationship differently.
